Grant became an appraiser in 1965 and a partner of MRHE in 1973. He holds the designations of AACI, MAI and C.ARB. His knowledge is unsurpassed in the business, including expert witness testimony, feasibility analysis, purchase and sales consulting, advisory capacity and negotiation, due diligence studies and valuation. Now, as Chairman, he has continuous involvement with appraisers and clients, along with a wide variety of valuation assignments. |
| John began his appraisal career in 1968. His experiences in the UK, Southern Africa and North America provide a background to solving complex and unusual appraisal problems. Since moving to Toronto in 1984, clients have sought his expertise primarily in the valuation of office, apartment and industrial portfolios, hotels, medical offices, orchards and contaminated real estate. He has been appointed by the Superior Court to determine values and frequently provides expert testimony. He holds the designations BSc (Real Estate Management), FRICS and AACI. |  John Davies, CEO |
 Yvonne Whyte, President |
Yvonne has been appraising and consulting since 1991. Her expertise lies in the area of retail, apartment, condominium projects, retirement and nursing homes. On a regular basis she leads an appraisal team in the completion of national portfolio work. Yvonne has taken the lead role in several legal assignments and recently became an expert witness. She holds the designation of AACI. |
